Commitment to American Legal Process

Admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court, Kevin Keena began his legal career in 1980. Keena's long association with the courtroom commenced with his public service work as a Prosecuting Attorney. Thereafter, he gave additional valuable public service experience working wit h the State Court of Appeals. Later, he again dedicated more

public service to the nations working for three years the nation as a Deputy Clerk of the United States District Courts. Keena continues serving the public working as an appellate in nearly all of the Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan and in The United States District Courts of Colorado and Southern Texas. After a decade of public service, Kevin Keena embarked on a career in American business law, leading Shell Oil Company's West Coast Litigation for over five years as Senior Litigation Attorney. These days he writes for "The Journal of Urban Law", and serves locally as a judge pro tem. The firm is the culmination of a life long quest to foster, maintain and preserve American Business Law.
