There is nothing better than watching a home come back to life. ❤️

This Sherwood Forest house has been such a labor of love, and seeing people walk through the doors this weekend made every decision, every update, and every little detail feel worth it.

From the beginning, we could see how much potential this home had. It just needed some love, a clear vision, and an amazing group of people to bring it all together. Four months later, we’re looking at a completely transformed home and feeling SO proud of how it turned out.

We were incredibly lucky to have Revive as our partner through the process. There were plenty of decisions along the way, and having a team we trusted made such a difference.

And yes, the fact that people saw it online and thought it had to be AI made us laugh. 😂 We’ll happily take that as a compliment!

One of our favorite parts of this business is helping a home shine again and getting it ready for the people who will love it next. Sometimes you know a house has something special the minute you walk in, you just have to know how to bring it forward.

There are also a LOT of moving pieces when you’re getting a home ready to sell. What should we change? What should we keep? Where does it make sense to spend the money? Those decisions are so much easier when you have the right people around you, and we’re very grateful for the team behind this one. ❤️
