Grateful to get this one sold quickly.

What we know to be true is less homes are selling than in 2008 during the first year of the Great Recession. More sellers are delisting their homes than during the onset of the COVID pandemic.

We continue to tell our clients what they need to hear vs what they want to hear. We don’t always get hired. And sometimes we get hired after the first agent did what they did.
