Rising Equity Fellows is a cohort-based experience for youth who want to lead. Fellows build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate policy spaces, shape solutions, and grow as emerging leaders in the justice movement. Come Learn how local and state policy works, how bills move, who holds power, and how communities influence decisions.
Engage real issue areas through guided learning, discussion, and project-based activities that build policy thinking and leadership.
Develop leadership skills including message discipline, public narrative, facilitation, professionalism, and civic presence.
Observe the policymaking process firsthand through structured civic learning opportunities, including visits to legislative spaces and meetings with public leaders when available.
