From the start, I focused on creating access. By staying closely connected with local brokers and leveraging Compass Private Exclusives, my client was positioned for on-market and off-market opportunities before most buyers ever saw them.

Before writing an offer, I made sure my client had full context—seller motivation, property details, neighborhood dynamics, and real-time market conditions. With that information, we built a pricing and terms strategy that was competitive but still protected the buyer.

During escrow, I managed due diligence closely—keeping timelines tight and making sure my client clearly understood the good, the bad, and the long-term considerations of the property.
