The Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles Foundation Scholarship Fundraiser & Awards Luncheon was a memorable occasion to acknowledge the achievements of remarkable individuals. IMW is particularly proud to support Charisse Bremond Weaver of the Brotherhood Crusade, whose dedication to the community has positively impacted numerous black youths, and “Bar Daddy” Al Jenkins, who has helped over 3,000 black attorneys pass the California bar exam including numerous IMW attorneys for the past 45+ years. Mr. Stanley is a fixture in the sports agency world and has also built a reputation in sports law, having worked as an agent after finishing law school, representing names including Keyshawn Johnson, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, Todd Haley, and Brian Shaw.
