Kirakosian Law was proud to represent our client in trial against the City of Los Angeles. Our client suffered a catastrophic dog bite while volunteering at the Los Angeles Animal Shelter. This case was particularly difficult as she signed a waiver and we had to prove the very high standard of gross negligence. Fortunately, the jury agreed and awarded our client $6.8 million.

We asked for the policy limits, but Defendants immediately disputed liability and offered us zero. So, we prepped for trial.
