JOHN W. HARRIS is a
graduate of University of California Los Angeles, where he received his B.A. and J.D., having served as Managing Editor of the Law Journal. He established the Firm in 1980, after an extensive tenure with the Chief Counsel’s Office of the Internal Revenue Services (IRS), where he rose to the level of senior trial attorney. In 2003, Mr. Harris was appointed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles as a member of its Equity Oversight Panel (EOP) for the Sheriff’s Department. As a member of the EOP, he adjudicated over 500 cases involving race, gender and age discrimination, as well as other Title VII matters. He has successfully prosecuted numerous jury trials, in both state and federal courts, involving all aspects of real estate, landlord-tenant, employment law and business matters. HERBERT-JOHN HAYDEN is the Senior Associate of the law firm. His practice concentrates in the areas of real property transactions and litigation, employment matters, commercial litigation and financial institutions law. He has extensive experience in all facets of employment law and fair housing laws, including counseling clients as to day to day employment and housing issues, conducting investigations and defending claims before all Courts and in administrative hearings. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting. Hayden received his J.D. from the Santa Clara University.
