About a year ago, I created a video sychronization of most public recordings showing the attempted assassination. I reposted it yesterday and in the last day it has gone viral.

At the AAFS, American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual conference 2025, I met forensic experts that didn't do the work we do, but learning from them was invaluable.

From document experts to bone forensic experts, speaking with them taught me how to improve our work at NCAVF.

As a company we look beyond the initial requests of clients to evaluate and analyze our clients’ evidence — over many years I am proud that we think outside the box — outside the parameters of our clients’ limited ideas of what is possible.

I was interviewed by FoxNews about the misinformation surrounding the Gaza hospital bombing and my expertise in video forensics. How can we tell what is real or fake?

The article and video was just put online.

Fixing or removing audio noise is a request that comes in frequently to NCAVF.

We enjoy the challenge — cleaning up the background to allow dialogue to be clearer can change the course of our client’s life, and we are honored that they entrust us with the work.

The purpose of audio forensics and clarification is not necessarily to create a pristine version of audio evidence; sometimes that’s not possible.

However, what can be very useful is getting conversations just a bit more audible in order to glean additional phrases or words to support witnesses and their testimony.

It is heart warming to receive kind words of approval such as these from our clients:

“Dear David:
I have had the pleasure of working with NCAVF on several litigation matters now. Your firm’s work has been exemplary – whether the work has been enhancing video and audio, extracting and analyzing cell phone records, etc. your team has performed above and beyond all expectations.
I look forward to working with NCAVF on many more cases to come. Keep up the great work!
Very truly yours,
— Steven C. Glickman, Glickman & Glickman

Steve, thank you. I'm grateful you bring us cases, and we plan to continue providing you our trademark first class service!

Prior to trial, District Attorney dismissed our client's case. NCAVF zoomed into video surveillance evidence and created a sequence that proved the victim was lying:

Defense attorney said to me, "... After I showed her the video enhancement they... realized that the victim has not told the truth… the video showed them their case had serious flaws. Thanks for your help!"

Attorneys often accept evidence at face value. Don't do that! As an attorney, your work can hugely impact your client's future. That is a huge responsibility.

Make sure to fully explore your digital evidence. Know what you have. Your client's life and future is in your hands.
