We’re excited to have changed a very deserving client’s life today with a $250,000 policy limit settlement. Insurance tried to argue that our client had a long history of back problems and offered $150k. We disagreed. We sent out our client’s MRIs before and after the crash showing the change in his spine, along with a surgery date and gave them 72 hours to pay the policy. They paid. ⚖️ Settlement Reached!!!⚖️

We are pleased to have reached a settlement of $135,000 for our client who was rear ended way back in 2018. When we got the case in early 2020, not much had been done on it and due to the pandemic the insurance company knew it wouldn’t go to trial for a long time. Today, with trial in February looming over their heads and a long-expired offer to settle for the policy limits, we were able to get Jake and his crew over there to pay $35,000 over the policy limits. Our client couldn’t be happier to finally have justice and so are we. When you’re with us, we got you. 👊🏼

SLF Settlement Update 🚨

Slatter Law is grateful to have reached a $50,000 policy limits settlement for a 20-year-old female client who was rear-ended and required an injection in her spine.

The insurance carrier bet on us not knowing the medicine, and offered $15,000 on the claim. They bet wrong. One 5-minute phone call about our client’s MRI and a 48 hour deadline was all it took for the carrier to call back 10 minutes later and pay the $50K. An eye for detail in this industry goes a long way.

⚖️ Settlement Update ⚖️

We are proud to have reached a $375,000 settlement for an amazing wife and mother who slipped and fell on a boat dock in Ventura County, one of the most conservative venues in California. This could’ve been prevented for less than $150. She broke her wrist and had corrective surgery, and has worked so hard to get back to her old life of being healthier than any client we’ve ever had. We know she’ll do it! Defendant tried to play the “that’s not my property” game, but a lawsuit, 2 years of litigation, and an excellent outcome beg to differ.

Today we were pleased to reach a $100,000 policy limits settlement for a woman rear-ended while stopped at a red light on her way FROM the hospital. The police told her it would take 4 hours to arrive as they were “in a gunfight.” (That really happened.) No police report. The incident aggravated hip conditions from a 2011 auto accident, and the at-fault driver only had $25K insurance. Fortunately, she called the right firm for the job and we used our experience and legal jiu-jitsu to get the remaining $75,000 from her own insurance.
