I just heard about this first DACA (Deferrered Action for Children Arrivals) deportee. This is an Obama policy or program and I've used it to have a removal proceedings against a client terminated. Trump, that idiot who bu*******ed his way to the Oval Office, have already reversed many regulations put in place during Obama's terms, including this one and those relating to climate change. F**k Trump!

This (removal from the US) could happen to you or a relative, even if you are or he/she is a legal permanent resident of the US. Here's a tip: If you are questioned by immigration officers at the port of entry (airport) regarding your length of stay outside the country and they conclude that you have abandoned your residency, say something like this: "Ok, charge me"; "Serve me a Notice to Appear" (NTA). The NTA is the charging document (that you are inadmissible and removable) directing you to appear in the immigration court on a certain date. They cannot lawfully detain you; they have to let you go. The government has to prove abandonment. By no means should you sign anything other than a writing acknowledging receipt of the notice. If you are or your relative is entering in the west coast, CALL ME - I make representations before immigration judges in LA and SF.
