Sharen The Law: 🌊 Ventura County Edition - wrapping up a busy week of nonstop court hearings was a long pit stop at non other than Ventura Court. For those of you that are unaware, this is a very conservative and strict county, far different than the current Gascon regime in LA county. They are serious about crime, and they do not make negotiate great deals very often. We had working this case for over a year, and finally convinced the Court to close this case against hard-working client. He went from a young man with no direction to securing a job and even getting married to his young bride. So amazing to see so much progress in a year! Thrilled that they will spend the upcoming holidays together with closure. Not pictured are his supportive parents who backed him every step of the way. We will never give up on the youth and will direct them back unto a productive life path they can be proud of.

Sharen The Law: 🍊Orange County Edition - it’s been a busy past week fighting for someone’s son and grandson. The two ladies in this post are shining inside & out, as we were able to WIN our case, resulting in their loved one’s freedom! If you find yourself in a violent and toxic relationship, seek help early before things get out of control. We believed in our client and wanted to reunite him with his baby…and did just that. Drug and alcohol addiction can lead to so many horrific results. When we’re hired, our clients join our family! We are vested in our client’s lives and ultimate success. Cheers to freedom!

🙌Tremendous end to a record setting week! Thank you to my team & colleagues for all your inspiration. We had a huge win early this week, which I’ll be posting about soon! 🤫 Today, I’m sharing my win from yesterday. I represented a young woman who was in absolute fear at home, work, gym and school. The other party has never played by the rules and finally, yesterday, the judge held her accountable. Her story fell apart when she and her witness started outright lying on the stand. Once their credibility was shot and exposed to our smart Judge through text, video and impeachment testimony - it was over. Always remind your clients - stick with the truth - it’s always easiest to remember! As for my client, she can live in peace armed with legal ammunition should her terrorizer even think to approach her again. The loving hugs and million dollar smiles from her family made my Friday so sweet. We did it - all day - we trudged through the weeds of lies til we could show the Judge clearly that she needed to grant our motion changing my sweet client’s life. {No photo of the client out of respect to both her and the other party.} Love ending the week on a high note!!

🥳🥳February Fund-day! So excited to present 4 settlement checks to a sweet family who were leaving church when a drunk, out of control driver jumped the curb nearly taking out the whole family!! Thrilled to obtain phenomenal settlements; especially when 3 of the 4 weren’t even touched by the driver…was it a ridiculously hard case? Absolutely! Did we kill it and obtain justice for these innocent children?! Yes! Justice for children and their mom…this is a GOOD DAY! 👊👊
