Who am I?
I’m someone who lives and breathes real estate—but not the flashy, high-volume version you see everywhere. I’ve been licensed for 15 years, and I come from deep roots in this industry. My dad’s been a broker-owner for over 30 years, trusted at the state and national level to help write real estate law and guide how this industry operates. That foundation gave me something most agents don’t have: an unshakable understanding of contracts, negotiation, and what actually protects people in a deal.
I don’t need hype, and I don’t do fluff. I’ve worked under the big-name brokerages. Been there, done that. What I offer now is more personal, more refined. My clients are thoughtful, particular people whether they’re looking for a property that feels rare and intentional, or preparing to sell something truly special and want it handled with the care and hand-selected strategy it deserves.
I’m known for being incredibly clear, calm, and unafraid of confrontation when it matters. I communicate directly and strategically, and I treat every deal as if it were my own by reading every document, every line of every contract. My clients trust me because they know I don’t miss things, I don’t overpromise, and I don’t pressure. I guide.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can offer tailored, high-level service you won’t get from a massive team or a billboard brokerage. I like to say my work is bespoke and selective, like the homes and people I work with..because it is just that. Quietly powerful, highly detailed, and built entirely around the people and properties I represent.
