Yee,

provides legal services primarily in the areas of business litigation, business formation and transactions, intellectual property (trademarks and copyrights), and employment law (wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment). Yee has over 35 years of experience, 19 years of which he was a named partner of Albright, Yee & Schmit, LLP (1992-2011); where he represented the City and County of Los Angeles, FDIC, and LAUSD. Yee also represented McDonald's, DirecTV, Toyota, Toshiba and Subway. He serves as General Counsel to CMS which operated 28 businesses in US airports; projects included joint venture and license agreements with Panda Express, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Yogurt Land, Carl's Jr., Baja Fresh, T.G.I. Fridays, and Einstein Bagels. He is currently General Counsel to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Museum.

My friends and clients opened the best Pho in the USA now open in Vernon. Amazing delicious! This is their third location in addition to Downtown Pho in LA and KTown Pho in Korean Town. The design of the location, dishes and take out containers reflect their attention to the food.
