Razbannia received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science cm laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a minor in Public Policy from the UCLA Graduate School of Public Policy and a minor in Education Studies. He then received a Master’s in Business Administration from Golden Gate University School of Business with High Honors. While in business school, Mr. Razbannia founded JMR Land Use Consultants, a Real Estate and Land Use Company where he garnered his passion for land use and development. Shortly thereafter, he received his J.D from Abraham Lincoln School of Law and worked at Luna and Glushon, a prestigious real estate law firm. Razbannia is admitted to practice law before the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Razbannia has been selected to be on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars List. This designation is only given to 2.5% of Attorneys in the State of California. Moreover, he has been awarded the prestigious AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.
