-- If you bought TVs or Computer Monitors with Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) screens, you could get money from class action settlements of $576 million.
-- And you don’t even need proof to file a claim for money. But you must act now.

Dear Friend:

Did your business buy TVs, computer monitors, or other products with Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) screens, between March 1, 1995 and November 25, 2007?

Did you buy the CRT products for resale, not your own use? (For example, are you an electronics store, rent–to–own store, other retailer, or a wholesaler?)

If yes, you may be entitled to money from a little-known class action settlement. We can help you claim your money.

And the most surprising thing is — you can file a claim without proof of purchase!

But you must act at once. The filing deadline is November 29 and we need time to prepare and file your claim for money.

WHAT’S THIS CASE ALL ABOUT?

Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) were used for the rounded screens in TVs and computer monitors from 1995 to 2007.
The lawsuits say the defendant companies conspired to fix prices of CRT screens. This caused overcharges to people and businesses who bought products containing them, such as TVs and monitors. (Other products with CRTs, such as scientific and medical equipment, are also included.) The cases have settled for $576.75 million. A portion of this has been set aside for re-sellers only.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN YOU GET?

You can claim money for every CRT product you bought. We don’t know the exact payment, except that TVs with 30" or larger screens, and computer monitors, will pay much more than smaller TVs. Depending on how many TVs and monitors you bought, you might receive tens of thousands of dollars, or much more. If you are an electronics store, retail store, rent–to–own store, wholesaler, or other seller, you may be able to make a huge claim.

YOU COULD GET MONEY EVEN WITH NO PROOF OF PURCHASE

What if you don’t have old purchase records any more, or your records are incomplete? We can still file your claim without any records. I do not expect records to be requested unless a claim is unusually large for the size of the business. If you need records later, we’ll show you how to get them quickly and easily.

WHAT YOU MUST DO TO CLAIM YOUR MONEY

Please fill in and sign the enclosed Questionnaire, Agreement for Services, and Representation Letter. Return them to us right away by fax or E-mail and mail or FedEx. Do not send your old purchase records.

We will use the information to prepare the required claim documents, and rush them to you for signing. After you sign and return them to us, we will file your claim, along with any other required documents we will prepare.

WE DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU

After filing your claim, we stay in touch with the claims administrator and others as needed. We deal with any of their questions or requests. We also stay in touch with you, to let you know the status of your claim and when to expect your money.

WE ARE WELL-QUALIFIED TO HELP YOU

Our firm has only one goal — to get you the most money possible. We have done this for years and have helped thousands of others recover money in class action settlements. We will help you get all the money you have a right to.

YOU TAKE NO RISK— BUT YOU MUST ACT AT ONCE

In hiring us to help you, you take no risk. We pay any costs or expenses. You never pay a penny out of pocket. Our fee is half of any money we get for you.

There is no time to waste. The filing deadline is close. Please act at once. You have nothing to lose. Claim your cash before it is too late.

DON’T MISS OUT— DO THIS NOW

Don’t throw away money you have a right to. To get your payment, please complete and sign the Questionnaire, Agreement for Services, and Representation Letter. Return them to us by E-mail or fax, and by mail or FedEx. (We need the originals.) Please do it now.

Sincerely,
David Jones

P.S. Remember that we can file a claim for you even if you do not have proof of purchase.
Please act now.

P.S. #2 Please tell other businesses about this opportunity. You may copy our literature or suggest they contact us.
