Virtual higher court arguments--are they here to stay? The Supreme Court is making way for teleconference arguments to decipher whether President Trump will be forced to disclose tax and financial documents. They could just make a decision on the pleadings or hold these proceedings during other times apt for physical oral arguments. But they did not.
