The giants like Apple are already laying claim to major developments around the city. Apple, currently in Hayden Tract, will establish it’s stomping ground at 128,000 sqft new development on Washington Blvd., across the street from The Platform, which they believe to be attractive to employees. HBO was previously pursuing the location but lost it at the end when Apple made an offer. According to Marker, HBO will now be moving from its Santa Monica office and occupying 280,000 sqft development down the street from Apple on Washington Blvd.
