After three years of extreme frustration of trying to work directly with the manufacturer of my new car with no results, I finally looked up and read about the Lemon Law and wondered if by any slight possibility my car was covered. I called "California Lemon Lawyers" for my Tesla Model S that has been giving me problems since I purchased. I was then connected with Erika she gather all the information reviewed by file patiently. Explained all options to me and help me make the right choices. The whole process was very smooth and Erika made sure to provide me timely updates on progress. I had a major problem with my new 2019 Ford Escape (it still wasn't running after 2 months at Dealership Repair Center) and I contacted Kaufman & Kavicky CA Lemon Lawyers. The advice I received from them was "spot-on" and very helpful. In the end, I did not hire them because Ford stepped up and did the right thing, refunding my purchase price (minus mileage) without a hassle. Leilani Alexander, the Intake Specialist at Kaufman & Kavicky, was extremely helpful; she was very responsive, answered all my questions, and followed up on things. I would highly recommend this firm to my friends and family if they ever needed a California lemon lawyer.

In California you have rights! Just bring your lemon car, suv, or truck in to the shop for warranty services early and often!

If your new car repeatedly visits the shop, the manufacturer is supposed to offer to buy it back — even if you don’t ask. But some say that never happens.
