USCIS has updated several processing times this month, including family‑based cases.
If you’re waiting on an I‑130, I‑485, or N‑400, the current trend is slower movement at the National Benefits Center and slightly faster movement at some field offices.
USCIS has also implemented an enhanced background checking system, putting delays on all pending applications requiring biometrics.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Colorado Lawyers Committee Immigration Task Force, a statewide group that tracks immigration issues nationwide and supports community partners. Grateful for the chance to stay engaged and contribute to broader efforts.

Last week marked one year since I opened Ringer Immigration Law, and I just want to say thank you. This year has been full of meaningful conversations, straight-forward cases, complex cases, and moments where I’ve seen families finally breathe again. I’m honored to do this work, grateful for everyone who has been part of this first year, and excited for what year two will bring.
