USCIS has updated several processing times this month, including family‑based cases.
If you’re waiting on an I‑130, I‑485, or N‑400, the current trend is slower movement at the National Benefits Center and slightly faster movement at some field offices.
USCIS has also implemented an enhanced background checking system, putting delays on all pending applications requiring biometrics.

Last week marked one year since I opened Ringer Immigration Law, and I just want to say thank you.
