Very possibly in need of a Federal Civil Litigation Attorney; the facts are as follows:

(In my client's words)

“Over the past year, I’ve endured a series of unauthorized withdrawals from my business accounts — followed by what I believe were repeated failures by Bank of America to properly investigate, secure my accounts, or provide reimbursement.

Despite reporting the fraud promptly and providing documentation, online banking access was reinstated multiple times using unfamiliar credentials. A previously issued reimbursement was reversed without explanation, and I’ve received no written findings from any investigation.

The financial and emotional toll has been significant. I’m currently pursuing legal remedies.”

The complaint was filed in Stanley Mosk. Defendant recently transferred it to Federal court.

I am reaching out to discuss a significant case involving my client against Bank of America and LifeLock. My client is owed $435,000 from Bank of America and $600,000 from LifeLock. Both entities are refusing to honor their respective policies, which likely constitutes a first-party bad faith case and potentially triggers punitive damages.

While my primary area of practice is family law, and I am currently representing this client in a dissolution case, I do not possess extensive experience in civil litigation.
