School’s out for summer!!

POV: Where community lives, that’s where home is ❤️

We are honestly still over the moon… and a little speechless in the best way. Almost 70 homes. Over 140 kids. We can’t believe how many families trusted us to be part of their Easter morning 🤍

Saturday night, the D4H team went ALL IN. Hours of hiding eggs, countless golf cart rides, a few drinks 😉, and we wrapped up right before 1AM.

Seeing our community come together like this, creating magic for so many families… it’s exactly why we love what we do. Real estate isn’t just about houses — it’s about helping people find their place to build memories, traditions, and connection.

Thank you to every single family that signed up, supported, and let us be part of your celebrations. And to everyone who helped behind the scenes YOU made this happen.

Almost 200 people came through our open house this weekend… and it reminded us what the D4H Experience is really about.

For us, it’s not just opening the door to a home.
It’s helping people experience what life there could actually feel like.

We squeezed fresh orange juice from the oranges in the backyard, so guests could literally taste the fruit from their future home.

We popped fresh popcorn, because a home should smell warm, welcoming, and lived in.

And we created a kids corner with coloring and bubbles, so parents could tour the home while their little ones had fun because buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a family makes!!.

That’s what the D4H Experience is all about.

Not just seeing a house…
but feeling what it’s like to live there.
