The way you take title on your home could cost your family everything. 🏡

Most people have NO idea that how your name appears on your deed determines what happens to your home when you’re gone.

Let me break it down:

If you own a house with your spouse as Tenants in Common and there is no right of survivorship mentioned, when something happens to one of you, the surviving spouse ends up in probate. 🛑

Expensive. Exhausting. Heartbreaking. ❌

If you own a house as Joint Tenants and something happens to BOTH of you, your family still ends up in probate. ❌

But if you own a house in the name of your trust, and you take title as Trustees of that Trust, when something happens to either of you or both of you, you family avoids probate completely. ✅

Your home goes exactly where you intended.

And they get to live happily ever after. 🏡

You worked too hard for that home to let a simple mistake on a deed take it away from the people you love.

This is fixable. But only if you do it NOW, while you still can.
