You maybe thinking ya ya another Realtor, fair enough, but allow me to tell you "My Why." My first real estate transactions as a Realtor (many

moons ago) sealed the deal for me, so to speak. My first client were buyers and they had been renting for over 20 yrs. The husband (Mark) acted as if he could care less, but the wife (Cindy) was over the moon with just the thought of buying a home. We found a home and the day I handed the keys to them - Mark started to cry. Yep, no joke the man was crying. Of course inside I went into total panic... All I could think about was OMG escrow is closed and he's changed his mind, what am I going to do? But I tried to hold it together and simply asked him, Are you okay?" He reached out grabbed me and thanked me over and over. In the end Mark SOLD me that I made the best career choice ever. The biggest reward out of every transaction since then has been the smiles at the end of every home sale, home purchase, or investment.
