My Story

Jenn Sells, a REALTOR with madlom real estate, a ground breaking real estate company here in Denver, Colorado. As an expert in Douglas and Arapahoe counties, I know our local real estate market and visit the new builder and resale homes that come available each week. The sale or purchase of a home is one of the most important events of our lives and most cases is the largest financial investments you’ll make. As a full time, full service REALTOR, I also help to make the process smoother by offering the assistance of experienced loan officers, who will take the time to get to know your goals, pre-qualify you, as well as walk you through the mortgage options available. Jennifer has experience in the condo, town home, single family, ranch and new construction markets. Although she has sold homes as far north as Fort Collins and as far south as Colorado Springs, she specializes in the towns of Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Parker and Centennial. Before placing a home on the market, Jennifer Sells works with sellers to maximize the potential sale via home presentation, target marketing, a marketing plan and prepares customized marketing materials including brochures, floor plans, tours and photography. Feedback after showings is provided weekly in a comprehensive report to the seller. Background Jennifer began her Colorado real estate career in 1999. Jennifer is carrying on a family tradition of quality that was started in the late 1970’s by her mom and step dad who owned one of the first boutique style real estate companies in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jennifer has lived through the booms and the turmoil that sometimes come in real estate. In the early 2000’s Jennifer and her partner handled numerous foreclosures for asset companies including Countrywide, Bank of America and Chase. In the market that followed the bail out shifted the team to successfully help over 95 clients avoid foreclosure through the short sale process. Thankfully we have moved on once again into the Denver boom. Due to these experiences it is vitally important to Jennifer that buyers are provided with the up front knowledge needed to make the right decisions when buying a home. In her spare time you’ll find Jennifer hanging out with her kids and family, having friends over for wine tastings and barbecues or searching the newest design techniques. She lives in Douglas County with her family and dog Boo.
