We feel that ultimately we will have a solution for the sewer easement issue. It’s just gonna take a minute to see how to proceed. In the meantime we are gonna press forward with the remodel. Here is what the finished floor looks like.

Unfortunately construction will be paused while we try to navigate some surprises with the process of obtaining sewer easements. Hopefully we can get this resolved eventually and finish this mind numbing renovation.

Now hiring!! We are growing again and hiring for a paralegal position. The position requires at least some knowledge in real estate title. If you are not a paralegal, we offer a program to help you obtain your paralegal certificate at no cost. The job requires the ability to be detail oriented, deal with high volume at times, have high degree of initiative to meet monthly deadlines, and have a great personality to work with others. This is a work family/team atmosphere. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, 401k 6% match, 6 weeks vacation, health insurance supplement and more. We do allow the ability to work from home as needed. We are currently located in Loganville but will be moving to Madison after our new office is remodeled by year end.
