Recommendations for any alcohol or drug monitoring is use Clean Start of Montana. They also have GPS devices. Their up to date technology protects individuals from false positive tests or missed tests. Compliance Monitoring’s equipment has issues and problems from nearly every client I have had use them.

Individuals in court proceedings need to be aware of judge’s improprieties if things like this are pending especially when judges admit they committed the inappropriate conduct. How many individuals failed to have a fair and impartial judge presiding over their case? Thank you to the courthouse employee who had the courage to report the action of this judge.

Yesterday I attempted to reach the Montana Attorney Generals Office regarding a disturbing case of Self-Defence. I was not able to reach him I had no access to him directly. Instead a deputy attorney general sent me some bull s**t response.
I am truly sickened by the inability to reach out a states highest elected prosecutor regarding one of our most fundamental constitutional rights.

Austin Knudsen our elected Attorney General ran his campaign on his claim he would protect our rights. Specifically our rights to defend ourselves and the Second Amendment rights of the United States and Montana Constitutions.

When we are hit with roadblocks to our elected officials by others it is a violation of our rights as citizens.

Let’s see what happens this year.

The judges again defended themselves for their responses to online polling by the Montana Judges Association about legislation impacting the judiciary. The judges also defended the commission and the need for an independent judiciary, but they said they welcomed the study.
