Rivas Income Tax Rivas Income Tax was founded by Carlos and Maria Rivas on February 22, 2005 in a small office located at 795 Rincon Ave Livermore, Ca 94551.

We offer income tax services, all year around for individuals and small business, bookkeeping, document translations and ITIN numbers applications and renewals. We are now in a larger location at 1569 Olivina Ave Livermore , Ca 94551. We have also expanded to Dublin and San Leandro.
