I rolled up to the office yesterday in full “Saturday mode” — no makeup, shorts, t-shirt, fully convinced I was just dropping off signs to an empty office. Walked in and EVERYONE was there. 😭😂
So naturally, I asked, “What are y’all doing here on a Saturday?”
Apparently… they’re still laughing at me today.
The reality is, I’m coming off what I can only describe as a post-closing hangover. A closing that absolutely broke me. The list of things that went wrong could fill a novel, and honestly, I think I’ve just been operating on caffeine, stress, and pure determination for the last week. But somehow… we got there Thursday.
People see the closing photos, the smiles, the “SOLD” signs… but they don’t always see the emotional exhaustion, the problem solving, the late nights, the phone calls, the fires being put out behind the scenes. Some transactions take everything out of you.
This one did exactly that. And apparently it also took my awareness of what day it was. 😂

I woke up today with two closings on the calendar, and unfortunately only one made it to the finish line… but nothing could dull the light on this one. ✨
