45 days on the market and CLOSED at FULL ASKING PRICE!

This one is a great reminder that properly priced properties are still moving in our market.

After a couple of weeks on the market without the activity we wanted, we went back to the numbers, reanalyzed our pricing strategy, and made an adjustment. The showings followed — and so did multiple offers! Ultimately, a full-price offer followed for the seller. 🎯

I also had the opportunity to work with my fellow Poole Realty agent, Anita Kent Handy with Poole Realty, Inc., on the buyer’s side. When Poole agents work together, you know it’s going to be a win! ❤️

And this transaction truly had the dream team all the way around!
