Topic: S*x Offender Registration/Lifetime Registration

Under Arkansas Law lifetime registration is required for a s*x offender who: (1) was found to have committed an aggravated offense; (2) was determined by the court to be or assessed as a Level 4 s*xually dangerous person; (3) has pleaded guilty or no contest to or been found guilty or a second or subsequent s*x offense under a separate case number, not multiple counts on the same charge; (4) was convicted of r**e by forcible compulsion or other substantially similar offense in another jurisdiction; or (5) has pleaded guilty or nolo contest to or been found guilty of failing to comply with s*x offender registration requirements 3 or more times.
