The ability to produce quality work product and keep multiple electronic files in order is a must. The law firm is a fast-paced domestic relations litigation firm – the ideal candidate will be able to move from task to task with minimal disruptions to work output. Ideally, provided the Law Clerk is a good fit for the Firm, this position may transition into a permanent Assistant Attorney position.

• Law student (or former law student)
• Two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Two (2) years’ experience with Adobe Acrobat
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple files and organization within those files

M.W. LAW, PLLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and potentially billing support to the firm’s principal attorney, Megan E. Wooster. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and time management skills with a basic knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable. The ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines is a must. Things move quickly and arise suddenly in our line of work – the ideal candidate will be able to move from task to task with minimal disruptions to work output. This is a full-time, in-office position.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role in an office setting
• Two (2) years’ experience with billing software (Clio experience is a huge plus!)
• Two (2) years’ experience building and formatting spreadsheets
• Two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Google Mail (Gmail)
• Working knowledge of Dropbox

DUTIES
• Confirm receipt of incoming client and counsel emails
• Print, label, and organize pleadings and email correspondence for principal attorney review
• Manage firm calendar
• Schedule new client consultations
• Correspond with counsel to schedule mediation, deposition, and hearing dates
• Customize and distribute new client contracts
• Other duties as assigned
