This September, we’re doing more than talking about safety.

As part of REALTOR® Safety Month, LRRA is partnering with Rock City MMA for a hands-on self-defense class led by Coach Nathan Kirby. Members will actively practice techniques involving punching, kicking, elbows, grappling, wrestling, and submissions in a professional training environment.

Choose the session that works best for you:

• Wednesday, September 23 | 9:00–11:00 AM
• Friday, September 25 | 9:00–11:00 AM
• Rock City MMA | 400 N. Bowman Rd., Little Rock

The same class will be offered on both dates.
