Glyphosate has been found in some products labeled 100% natural, including honey.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act a student does not need to exhaust administrative remedies to seek civil damages. The ADA and IDEA laws have different requirements but both apply to schools. It's a win for Ehlena and Wonder.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday sided with a disabled Michigan girl whose school refused to let her bring her service dog to class, making it easier for students like her to seek redress for discrimination in federal court.
