New 5 Star Review:

"I was charged with a criminal offense for something my passenger had in my vehicle. So, technically, I was "guilty", because it was in my car. Seemed like it would be easy to get thrown out, but the prosecutor was dead set on convicting me; don't ask me why. Anyway, I told Rick that I was not interested in a plea bargain, because I had no idea the guy had them (they were some Ritalin pills, by the way).

Rick never once tried to take the quick way out (accepting a plea bargain). He was ready for a fight, and he brought it! Not only that, he took personal offense to the way I was treated by the police and prosecutor.
It took a while, but the charge was finally dismissed. If it wasn't for Rick, I would now be a convicted felon for a crime I was/am innocent of. I thank God he was recommended to me by a family friend.

From his prowess as a lawyer to his professionalism and reassurances (which helped to keep me sane throughout this debacle), I was extremely impressed.

I work in insurance, and now, whenever I have a client who needs a lawyer for personal injury, divorce, or whatever else, I tell them to call Rick Holiman, and I always will.
