Hi, I’m Jan Eaken!

Many of you have been following along for a while and may already know a little about me, but if you’re new here or have just recently found my page, I’d love to introduce myself and share a little about who I am beyond real estate.

I’ve called Texas home since 1989. After a career in the airline and travel technology industries, I started my second career as a realtor eight years ago and now specialize in the North Dallas suburbs, including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Little Elm, Prosper, and Aubrey.

Outside of real estate, animals are a huge part of my life. Over the years, my family and I have rescued 14 dogs from local shelters and rescue organizations, including 6 Rottweilers, my favorite breed! Today, I have two dogs, including one Rottie. 🐾

Giving back to my community is also incredibly important to me. I serve on two boards, including a nonprofit that supports local animals through a pet food pantry, spay and neuter programs, free microchips, and more.

One of my favorite ways to combine my love of real estate and rescue is through adoption sponsorships. In 2024, I began sponsoring the adoption fee of an animal from my local shelter for every home I sell. So far, I’ve sponsored 48 dogs and cats! 🏡❤️🐶

For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, pets, community, and helping people find the place that feels like home.
