We were contacted to take a look at this home today. Unfortunately we couldn’t get inside, but from the outside this looks like a “take it to the studs and fix the foundation” kind of project.

Honestly… those are the kinds of homes we love bringing back to life 🏚️➡️🏡

One apartment hasn’t been updated yet. The other shows what’s possible with a little vision and a whole lot of work.

SO MUCH PROGRESS!!! 🤍

I thought I’d give a little sneak peek into what might be my new favorite home yet. (Who am I kidding I love every home we bring back to life)

The vision is finally starting to come together.

The demo is done.
New windows are installed.
Electric has been updated.
Plumbing is in.
Drywall throughout.
New kitchen
New bathrooms (2!)
New laundry room added
Hardwood floors have been sanded.
The stairs have officially been brought back to life.

If you remember the before photos… this transformation is WOW.

The team has really pulled this one together. Trim work and final coats are next, plus some exterior work still to finish up.

Can’t wait to show you more of this one.

Hi community!

Students at United Local High School are currently fundraising to help purchase new lab equipment for their biology classroom.

Mrs. Cooper has taught science at United for over 30 years. According to her students, she not only teaches science, but also helps prepare them for college and the real world. They shared that she’s always willing to give extra help and support whenever it’s needed.
To thank her, a group of students organized a raffle fundraiser to help provide updated lab equipment for the classroom.
