Horizon Institute of Paralegal Studies The Horizon Institute of Paralegal Studies was created to meet the needs of the legal profession and has been in operation since 1978.

Using quality instruction, in a manner to provide those who are interested in a new career the opportunity to obtain it, Horizon has graduated many students who are presently working in this State and around the country assisting lawyers and enabling them to practice in a more efficient and economical manner. Only a high school or equivalency diploma required. Horizon has designed its curriculum so that evening classes can be attended by students who are employed during the day.

We are a pre-approved vendor at Union County and other counties. We also have Master Agreements with Middlesex County and Essex County which means that once approved to take a training course then signing up at our school is straight-forward and simple.
