🏡 River Bend has some new neighbors in town!

My sellers are happy to see this amazing home on Gunpowder View Circle passed on to new owners who will care for and love it for years to come.

This one took some patience through the colder months, but it paid off. The right buyers came along, and now we’re officially closed.
