⚖️ $900,000 Judgment Secured Against Restaurant for Unsafe Stage Conditions

Morici, Longo & Associates and Harris, Harris & Cabrera successfully resolved a construction negligence case for $775,000 on behalf of an injured laborer.

Our client suffered serious injuries after falling from heights on the job site when proper fall protection was not provided—a clear and preventable safety failure. Employers and contractors have a duty to protect workers, especially when working at elevation, and this case underscores the real consequences when they don’t.
