Our team gathered for our 2025 Team Awards Banquet in a private room at Fireworks Restaurant and it was one of those nights you wish you could bottle up and keep. Over a great dinner and a lot of laughs, we took time to recognize a year of serious effort, resilience, and record breaking results. After dinner, I shared our 2025 highlights slideshow and a recap video that captured the moments that defined our year: the big wins, the personal milestones, the leaps in growth, and the everyday teamwork that happens behind the curtain and makes all the difference for our clients.
Here's what made last year even more meaningful and how proud I am of each of my team members and their accomplishments in our 3rd complete year of being a team.

These numbers matter — but what matters more is how they were earned: through consistency, training, client care, and a team culture that refuses to cut corners. I’m proud of every single person on my team. This group is more than coworkers. They are my second family.
