Our firm is grateful that Mr. Bosley’s case against City Chevrolet of Grayslake has been allowed to proceed in state court. We look forward to continuing to advocate on his behalf.

A blind North Chicago man can keep suing a Grayslake car dealership in court over claims it charged him more than $10,000 above its advertised price and an 11% interest rate after a judge refused to send the case to arbitration.

If the lawsuit is proven true in a court of law, then City of Chevrolet exploited Mr. Bosley’s disability at every opportunity, prioritizing profit over ethical conduct and legal compliance.
