Just closed on both! My seller moved out of state so I had to run to Ace, buy batteries and then install the fire alarms or the buyer wouldn’t close. Never a dull moment as a Realtor. 🤣Thank you Jeffery Nutschnig for doing a great job as attorney for these sellers! Best of luck to my amazing clients!

And don’t forget to think beyond the local restaurants and shops (which I love just as much as you). Think about the local barber, salons, repair shop, eye doc, dentist, lawyer... They’re all your local businesses, community members, friends, and parents to your kids’ friends.
