Here are a few major growth updates happening around Williamson County:

📍 Leander
• A new 191-home neighborhood by Pulte Homes was approved near Bar W Ranch and Larkspur, along with planned road improvements.
• Home Depot also opened its largest Texas store in Leander, highlighting the area’s rapid growth.

📍 Liberty Hill
• A 400,000-square-foot retail center anchored by Walmart is coming to Santa Rita Ranch and is expected to bring around 400 jobs.
• The city is also considering annexing a 21-acre commercial tract along Highway 29 for future retail development.

📍 Georgetown
• Marshalls and HomeGoods are coming to the Cedar Breaks West retail development along Highway 29.
• Williamson County also approved the purchase of 253 acres in Georgetown for a future Justice Complex, a major long-term infrastructure investment.
