I recently had the pleasure of working with another pair of relocation buyers who are preparing to pack up their life in Colorado and make the move to South Carolina—with their horses, dogs, and other beloved pets in tow.

After weeks of phone conversations and planning, we finally met in person and hit the pavement, exploring numerous areas across the state in search of the right fit. After covering a lot of ground, we found it: a beautiful property with stunning grounds, plenty of room for their animals, and a charming all-brick home that checked so many of their boxes.

I’m thrilled to say we are officially UNDER CONTRACT!

Another Successful Closing! 🏡

This closing was an especially meaningful one. The seller is the mother of a longtime friend and former coworker who reached out to me while I was away for the weekend. Within just five days, we had professional photos and video completed and the home officially on the market.

The response was fantastic—we received multiple offers within the first seven days. After carefully reviewing the options, we chose the offer that made the most sense for her goals and successfully made it all the way to the closing table.

I’m so happy to see this one officially CLOSED and even happier for my client as she settles into her new home and begins an exciting new chapter.

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes between that first phone call and closing day, and I’m grateful she trusted me to guide her through it. ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of partnering with a relocation company to help a wonderful couple make the move from Nashville, Tennessee, to the Columbia, South Carolina area.

After touring several homes, we thought we had found the one. We submitted an offer, but unfortunately, it wasn’t accepted. While disappointing at the time, we kept moving forward—continuing to search, tour homes, and narrow down exactly what would make South Carolina feel like home.

A few weeks later, we found it. ❤️

A beautiful home that checked nearly every box on their wish list—including an absolutely stunning pool and outdoor kitchen! With South Carolina’s long warm-weather season, they’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy that backyard well into the fall after closing.

They are so excited to make Lexington their new home, and I couldn’t be happier for them. They have been an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire relocation process.

And apparently, we’re not just planning a closing anymore…we’re already planning the first pool party! 🏡☀️🥂
