May was an interesting month because it felt much busier than the numbers alone would indicate.

In addition to closing transactions, a significant amount of time was spent onboarding new team members, improving internal processes, and helping move several deals toward the finish line that are expected to close in June.

One lesson I've learned as a business owner is that not every productive month looks the same. Some months are about closing deals. Other months are about building the foundation that allows you to handle more deals in the future.

April was another strong month and a big milestone for the year so far.
Through just four months, we’ve already surpassed our total real estate volume from all of last year:

➡️ 2025 Total: $17.1M
➡️ 2026 (YTD): $18.3M

We’ve also hit over half of last year’s total transactions, with a lot of momentum building heading into May.
