They say the mailman always delivers. On November 19th, I secured a NOT GUILTY verdict in a DUI case in Metcalfe County.
This client is a longtime mailman. He delivers the mail for a living.
I delivered the verdict.
What makes this one even more meaningful: this same client was falsely accused of DUI last year, and after taking that case to trial as well, the jury returned NOT GUILTY again.
Different routes. Same result.
NOT GUILTY.

Was fortunate to obtained dismissals in two DUI cases today, each for very different reasons. Though trial victories are notable, most criminal defense wins happen pre-trial. One client faced a DUI charge solely due to post-stroke effects. Assuming guilt upon arrest is common, but witnessing wrongful accusations can quickly shift perspectives.
