This is a long overdue update but let's get to it. Lot's of exciting things have been going on this past year with the Caldwell Law Firm, PLLC.

First, former partner, Noel Caldwell, left the firm this past January and became part of Kentucky Secretary of State, Alison Lundergan Grimes', Executive Staff. Specifically, he is now serving as her Director of Business for the KY Secretary of State. We are very proud of him and look forward to seeing what his future has in store.

Next, the partners at Caldwell Law Firm, PLLC, went back to their roots and opened an office in Frankfort, Kentucky. Our main office is now located in downtown Frankfort across the street from the new / under construction Franklin County Courthouse - 213 St. Clair Street. For you Lexington folks, do not worry because we are still maintaining an office presence in Lexington.

We are also very excited to announce that the Hon. Paul "Skip" Gaines has officially joined our team in an "Of Counsel" role in the Frankfort office.

On Monday, August 22nd, Noel Caldwell filed the Appeal in the Austin Kearns DUI case. The appeal focuses on a law enforcement jurisdiction issue involving Kentucky Revised Statute KRS 431.007(1).
