Joining our Charleston office as a law clerk is rising 3L Niko Georgelis!

Niko is a 2024 graduate of Elizabethtown College, where he earned a degree in International Business and served as captain of the men's basketball team. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honors society, graduated from the college's Honors Program, and earned Academic All-District honors twice as a student-athlete.

Niko is currently pursuing his J.D. at Charleston School of Law and is expected to graduate in May 2027. As a current member of the Trial Advocacy Board at the law school, he continues to develop his courtroom and litigation skills through advocacy training and competitive mock trial opportunities.

In his role as a law clerk, Niko is gaining meaningful hands-on legal experience while furthering his passion for courtroom advocacy and litigation. Through legal research, drafting, and case preparation, he continues to develop the strategic thinking necessary to become an effective litigator.

Welcome our newest paralegal Lindsey Price, who will be joining our Lexington office!

Lindsey is originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and she relocated to South Carolina to attend Furman University. She received a Bachelor of Art's Degree in Philosophy with Minors in Poverty Studies and Medicine, Health and Culture, and graduated in 2023. During college, she interned at Greenville's Medical Legal Partnership with Prisma Health and South Carolina Legal Services where she had the opportunity to serve patients who were experiencing health-related complications that physicians themselves could not alleviate as the issues stemmed from patient's financial conditions. She has worked in the legal field for over four years across numerous practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and appellate law, but has focused on family law practice for the past two years.

Re-introducing Will Farrar, who is back after an extremely successful second year of law school!

Will is a 2023 graduate of Presbyterian College with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. Currently a J.D. candidate at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Will serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources Volume XV, where his legal scholarship on Louisiana's evolving electric vehicle infrastructure was recently selected for publication.

Will was a finalist in the Tullis Moot Court Competition, successfully arguing before the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, and a semifinalist in the Dean’s Cup Moot Court Competition, where he successfully argued before the United States District Court Middle District of Louisiana.

Welcome our newest law clerk, William Watson, to our team!

William is a native of Lexington, South Carolina, and a law student at the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he is a member of the Class of 2027. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 2025, graduating magna cm laude.

At Ole Miss Law, William is a Dean’s Scholar focused on developing strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. In his role as a law clerk, he is gaining meaningful, hands-on experience and contributing to the day-to-day work of legal practice while continuing to refine his professional skill set.

William looks forward to using his education and experience to serve and give back to his community.
