Last month the Kentucky Bar Association Family Law Section had Bill Eddy, an attorney, mediator, therapist and co-founder of the High Conflict Institute, present tips on managing high conflict family law cases. He shared this clip created by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section on "Tips and Tools for Better Co-Parenting," which is based on his materials. It is a well done video with numerous examples on how to improve communication in common co-parenting scenarios (and consequently improve what the children experience in two family dynamics).
