• Providing legal services to victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other crimes
• Providing legal services to abandoned, abused or neglected immigrant children
• Providing legal services to those

eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program
• Helping permanent residents become U.S. citizens
• Providing educational and outreach presentations about immigration law and immigrant rights to a wide range of groups
• A free monthly self-help wage claim clinic for victims of wage theft

Temporary Protected Status for Somalia has been extended and redesignated. Somalians who have been physically present in the United States since January 11, 2023, and meet the other requirements can apply for protection and work authorization.

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas today announced the extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalia for an additional 18 months, from March 18, 2023, through September 17, 2024.
